Hammer and Nails in Yardley, PA is looking for a talented and passionate Barber to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Deliver precision haircuts, fades, tapers, and style consultations to a diverse clientele
• Perform straight razor shaves, beard trims, and grooming services to the highest standard
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming workstation in compliance with health and safety standards
• Recommend grooming products and services tailored to each client's needs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, premium shop experience
• Stay current on barbering trends, techniques, and men's grooming industry developments

Requirements:

• Valid Pennsylvania Barber License required
• Proven experience in men's cuts, fades, tapers, and straight razor shaving
• Strong customer service skills with a client-first attitude
• Ability to build and retain a consistent book of clients
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for the craft and commitment to continuous improvement
