At miFLAVOUR, we care deeply about creating a space that feels inviting, thoughtful, and a little elevated from the drinks we serve to the way we connect with our guests.

We re currently looking for 1-2 barista's to join our team in a part-time roll(minimum 15 hours/week). This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, values quality, and takes pride in the details.

What your days will look like:

• Preparing espresso drinks and specialty beverages with consistency and care
  
• Creating a welcoming, memorable experience for each guest
  
• Learning our menu and understanding the standards behind what we serve
  
• Keeping the caf clean, organized, and visually inviting
  
• Supporting the team and contributing to a positive work environment
  

We think you ll be a great fit if you:

• Have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role
  
• Have strong attention to detail and high standards
  
• Are friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
  
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  
• Are interested in growing with a company long-term
  
• Are able to stand for extended periods of time
  
• Must be available to work weekends
