Position Summary:Sofive Cherry Hill is looking for a reliable and guest-focused Barista / Bartender to support our café and bar operations. This position will prepare and serve coffee, non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a professional and welcoming experience for players, parents, teams, and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other café beverages
Operate the POS system and accurately process cash and card transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked café/bar area
Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs
Follow opening, closing, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures
Support birthday parties, tournaments, leagues, and other facility events
Provide consistent, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Previous barista, bartending, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
Reliable and able to work independently when needed
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules

$15.92 / hour
Availability: Evenings and weekends required
Additional hours may be available during tournaments, events, and high-volume periods
