About Blank Street:
At Blank Street, we''re on a mission to become the defining food and beverage brand of our generation, built on a matcha forward menu done obsessively right, a design aesthetic people stop to photograph, and a high-volume format that never cuts corners on quality or hospitality. What began as a handful of carts in NYC is now 100+ locations with a cult following across New York, DC, Boston, and London, and we''re just getting started. We''re building the team that will define Blank Street in LA. If you want to be part of something people are genuinely obsessed with, keep reading.
Add a Spark to the Ordinary…
Baristas at Blank Street do a lot more than make drinks, they set the tone for the whole experience. As part of the founding LA team, you''ll have outsized influence on how Blank Street shows up - and first access to growth opportunities as we expand across the city and beyond.
We're looking for people who genuinely care about hospitality, bring great energy to busy shifts, and pay attention to the small details that make a big difference. You'll be working with a tight-knit team that takes pride in what they do, serving a focused menu, making drinks the right way, and creating moments that keep people coming back.
