A Starbucks Barista is responsible for giving a Starbucks Experience to all guests by providing customers with prompt service, making quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. 1 - 2 years of Barista experience required. Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
