Jobletics by Compunnel is hiring Baristas for available positions. We are looking for friendly, dependable team members who can prepare quality beverages while providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to recipes
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate espresso machines, coffee brewers, blenders, and other beverage equipment
- Maintain proper beverage quality, portion sizes, and presentation
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and POS transactions as required
- Restock coffee, beverage ingredients, cups, and other supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized counter and beverage preparation area
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with food preparation and other food service duties as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Previous barista, coffee shop, restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Knowledge of basic beverage preparation preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and sanitation procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
