Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers according to recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age of customers.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operation of the establishment.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be of legal drinking age in the state of Georgia.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
