Job Responsibilities* Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.* Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders.* Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.* Ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements.* Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to their requests or concerns.* Prepare garnishes, garnish drinks, and set up service areas for daily operations.* Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.* Handle cash and process payments accurately.* Collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to provide exceptional service.Critical Skills & Experience Requirements* Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment.* Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.* Excellent communication and customer service skills.* Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.* Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment.* Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law).MIN $8.00 MAX $8.00 (Tip Eligible)Position Pay RangeBENEFITSFree Play & 1/2 price food!
