Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to all patrons, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Beverage Preparation: Craft a variety of cocktails and specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity.
• Bar Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and managing inventory.
• Responsibility: Regular shifts are staffed by one team member. Must be able to work alone and be self-motivated.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with guests, offering personalized recommendations and promoting drink specials.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender or barista preferred.
• Knowledge of mixology and coffee brewing techniques.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

Schedule

Part-time availability required. Open hours are 8am-7pm with occasional weekend events.
