Job Description
Jobletics by Compunnel is hiring Bartenders for available positions. We are looking for friendly, dependable individuals who can prepare and serve beverages, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer requests
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate bar equipment and POS systems as needed
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and customer transactions
- Maintain proper beverage presentation and quality
- Restock beverages, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies
- Clean and sanitize bar counters, equipment, and glassware
- Monitor inventory and report low stock to management
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and applicable alcohol service regulations
- Verify customer age and follow responsible alcohol service procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Previous bartending, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and basic bartending techniques preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift supplies as needed
- Ability to follow applicable alcohol service laws and workplace procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
