Murl s Kitchen is seeking experienced, personable, and energetic Bartenders to join our growing team as we expand into a full-service Caribbean dining and bar experience.

We are looking for individuals who understand that great bartending goes beyond preparing drinks. Our bartenders should create a welcoming atmosphere, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages consistently and efficiently.
  

• Deliver attentive, engaging, and professional guest service.
  

• Maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, menu offerings, and daily specials.
  

• Provide recommendations and confidently upsell beverages and menu items.
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
  

• Accurately process transactions through the POS system.
  

• Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible alcohol service practices.
  

• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
  

• Complete assigned opening, closing, cleaning, and inventory duties.
  

• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and positive attitude.
  

• Assist with takeout /online orders
  

• Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant, cocktail bar, or high-volume establishment is a plus.
  

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation.
  

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  

• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  

• Must meet legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
