What You’ll Be Doing• Deliver top-notch service using Spare Time’s Steps of Service• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and dining room guests• Know the menu inside and out and make great recommendations• Share excitement about events, attractions, and specials• Run the bar efficiently while juggling multiple guests• Support the team by bussing tables, helping with food prep when needed, and keeping areas clean and stocked• Operate the POS system confidently and handle payments accurately• Complete opening and closing duties and required shift paperwork• Maintain clean equipment and work areas in line with health and safety standards• Monitor alcohol consumption and check IDs consistently
