We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people, loves learning, and wants to be part of our growing team. We aren't just a place that makes drinks—it's an opportunity to tell stories through food and beverage.

Our beverage program is built around fresh ingredients, thoughtful cocktails, wine, beer, and an evolving zero-proof program. Every menu is seasonal, and every beverage is designed to complement the food we serve. There is a tremendous amount to learn about it, and we're looking for someone who is excited to dive in.

Our bartenders are an integral part of the dining room experience. We offer a fun and playful environment hosting a variety of events and live entertainment.  We believe hospitality doesn't stop at the edge of the bar, and our bartenders assist with service throughout the dining room when the opportunity arises.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality to every guest.
• Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, sake, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
• Learn our food and beverage menus thoroughly and confidently guide guests through pairings and recommendations.
• Work in unison with the service and kitchen teams to create a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain aclean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Complete opening, closing, prep, and side work.
• Assist throughout the restaurant whenever needed, embracing our whole-house hospitality model.
