This upscale restaurant is seeking a Bartender. We are currently in search of energetic & extremely personable individuals. Ideal candidates should be oozing with hospitality & have the ability to thrive in a very dynamic & busy environment. You should have a natural ability & desire to be accommodating. Key responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations
- Bartenders, or Mixologists, mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests
- Their duties include verifying the identification and age of customers, preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, accepting payment from customers, cleaning glasses and bar utensils
- Verify identification and age requirements of all customers
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails
- Process payment from customers
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
- Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
- Take and serve orders promptly and accurately, following proper serving etiquette and standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe dining environment
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, grooming, and uniform appearance at all times
- 8-10 hour shift
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-end restaurant
- Available to work 20-30 hours per scheduled week
- Extensive knowledge of bartending skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for food, beverages, and delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Possess a professional demeanor, maintaining composure and grace under pressure
- Must adhere to dress code and grooming standards
