Fogón and Lions is looking for passionate, charismatic, and experienced Bartenders to join our high-energy bar and hospitality team at the brand new Medley Development in Johns Creek. 


As part of Concept 2 Table Hospitality Group, Fogón and Lions is a vibrant restaurant and bar built around exceptional food, creative cocktails, genuine hospitality, and strong guest relationships.


We're looking for bartenders who understand that running a great bar is about much more than mixing drinks.

Your Mission


Your mission is to create a bar experience that turns first-time guests into loyal regulars.


As a Bartender, you are more than someone who prepares cocktails. You are an entertainer, a hospitality professional, a storyteller, and an ambassador of our restaurant's culture.


You'll bring personality and confidence to every interaction while maintaining exceptional standards of beverage preparation, service, cleanliness, and organization.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences.
  
  
• Prepare and serve classic, signature, and specialty cocktails according to our recipes and standards.
  
  
• Build genuine relationships with guests and develop a strong following of regular customers.
  
  
• Create a welcoming, energetic, and engaging bar atmosphere.
  
  
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage service.
  
  
• Confidently recommend cocktails, food pairings, and menu selections.
  
  
• Maintain consistency in recipes, measurements, presentation, and beverage quality.
  
  
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during high-volume service.
  
  
• Support both bar guests and service-well operations with speed and accuracy.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout every shift.
  
  
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and applicable regulations.
  
  
• Monitor product usage, minimize waste, and follow portion-control standards.
  
  
• Assist with inventory, preparation, opening, and closing responsibilities.
  
  
• Work closely with servers, barbacks, chefs, and management to ensure seamless service.
  
  
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, confidence, and genuine care.
  
  
• Take ownership of the guest experience and contribute to a positive team culture.

What We're Looking For

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale, or full-service restaurant preferred.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
  
  
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest relations.
  
  
• Outgoing, confident, and engaging personality.
  
  
• Ability to build relationships and create loyal regular customers.
  
  
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills.
  
  
• Ability to execute cocktails efficiently without sacrificing quality.
  
  
• Knowledge of proper measurements, beverage preparation, and presentation.
  
  
• Understanding of inventory, portion control, and minimizing waste.
  
  
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mentality.
  
  
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and energetic under pressure.
  
  
• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  
  
• Commitment to responsible alcohol service.
  
  
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  
  
• Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
