About Us

Vesper is an Atlanta cocktail bar where tradition meets modern hospitality. Our bar program is a cornerstone of the guest experience we're looking for a talented bartender who can elevate it further, one handcrafted cocktail at a time.

We're looking for an experienced, charismatic Craft Cocktail Bartender to join our team and own the bar. This isn't just a pouring position you'll be a creative force behind our cocktail menu, a mentor to the bar team, and the kind of personality that makes guests want to come back again and again.

What You'll Do

Craft & create Develop and execute a seasonally rotating cocktail menu that complements our Italian cuisine and elevates the overall dining experience

Train & lead Mentor and train bar staff on techniques, recipes, standards, and guest interaction

Entertain & retain Build genuine connections with guests; be the face of the bar and a reason people return

Maintain standards Uphold bar cleanliness, mise en place, and consistency across every shift

Manage product knowledge Stay current on spirits, techniques, and industry trends; contribute ideas for ingredient sourcing and menu innovation

Collaborate Work closely with kitchen and FOH leadership to ensure a seamless, elevated guest experience

3+ years of experience in a craft cocktail bar or upscale restaurant bar program

Proven ability to develop original cocktail menus (please bring examples or a portfolio)

Experience training and coaching bar staff

Exceptional guest-facing personality warm, engaging, and memorable

Deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and contemporary techniques (fat-washing, clarification, house-made syrups, etc.)

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

TIPS or ServSafe certification preferred

A genuine passion for hospitality and the guest experience
