Tailgators Pub & Grill, The Woodlands area's best sports bar and restaurant, is expanding our bar staff. If you are an awesome bartender with at least one year of experience and are now ready to make great money we invite you to apply for one of our available positions. Our customers have been consistently rewarding top notch service with above average tips ($20 - $40+ per hour) and they have come to expect that we will only hire the best.
While we offer flexible schedules and both part and full-time employment, you will need to have availability to work both during the week and on weekends.

Tailgators Pub & Grill North Woodlands / Magnolia location is on FM 1488 next to Home Depot, just east of FM 2978. Our address is 33418 Egypt Ln, Ste L, Magnolia, Texas 77354. Tailgators Pub & Grill Lake Conroe is on Hwy 105 on the southside of the lake and Tailgators Pub & Grill Kuykendahl is just south of Creekside / The Woodlands on Kuykendahl Road.
Requirements:
Must have prior experience as a bartender.
Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
Must be able to handle money transactions responsibly.
Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
Must be flexible and ready to work in shifts.
Must carry at least a high school diploma.
Responsibilties:
Greeting and serving guests.
Providing menu recommendations and additional information.
Upselling additional products when appropriate.
Checking ID's to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages.
Taking orders using software, order slips, or by memorization.
Communicating order details to the kitchen staff.
Delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion.
Delivering checks and collecting bill payments.
Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the bar top and bar tables.
Providing exceptional customer experience.
