The Bartender is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages while delivering engaging, elevated guest experiences. This role combines technical skill, product knowledge, and hospitality to drive beverage revenue and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to standard recipes
Maintain full knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail programs
Engage guests with a personable, professional bar presence
Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and organization meet established standards
Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
Maintain proper cash handling and POS accuracy
Follow all alcohol service laws and responsible service guidelines
Support service staff with beverage orders in a timely manner
Upsell premium spirits, wines, and signature cocktails

Compensation
This is an hourly position with the opportunity for on-call or part time hours and a base wage of $8.00 per hour + tips. Final compensation package offer is subject to change based on a variety of complex factors unique to each candidate including experience, education, skill set, and applicable certifications.
Key Skills & Experience Required
Previous bartending experience required (luxury or high-volume preferred)
Strong mixology and wine knowledge
