We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service will be key to your success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste.
• Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Assist with banquet or catering events as required, providing excellent hospitality service.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to high standards of hospitality
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations preferred
• Work Schedule
• Full-time position
• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
• Restaurant closed on Sundays
