Bartender

Located in the heart of North Providence, The Social is a lively neighborhood restaurant and bar known for great food, creative cocktails, and an inviting atmosphere. We take pride in providing exceptional hospitality while creating a fun and memorable experience for our guests.

We're looking for bartenders passionate about hospitality who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance efficiency, professionalism, and personality behind the bar.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages with accuracy and consistency.
  

• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests.
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
  

• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during high-volume service.
  

• Demonstrate knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation.
  

• Build relationships with guests and contribute to a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere.
  

• Work collaboratively with servers, barbacks, and management.
  

• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and all health and safety regulations.
  

• Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or high-volume bar required (3 years preferred).
  

• Strong cocktail knowledge and beverage preparation skills.
  

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service abilities.
  

• Ability to remain organized and composed during busy shifts.
  

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  

• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
