Under new ownership and after over three years of extensive renovation, we are gearing up for a grand reopening in March 2024. As we embark on this exciting chapter, we're seeking passionate individuals to join our team and be a part of something truly special where we offer a casual upscale dining experience serving New American cuisine.Job Summary: As a Bartender for August The Mansion you will be helping to create exceptional experiences for our customers during their visit with us by serving all customers at the bar, creating drinks for the dining service areas, and resolving customer issues when necessary.Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders from bar customers for food and beverages.
  • Produce the needed beverages for the dining service areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar.
  • Keep an accurate spill through the shift.
  • Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a bartender
  • General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer
  • Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs.
  • Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Food Handler certification, or willingness to obtain
  • BASSET License, or willingness to obtain
