Bricktown Brewery is coming soon to Northwest Expressway in Oklahoma City! We're looking for friendly, energetic Bartenders to join our team and deliver great drinks and exceptional service in a fun, welcoming atmosphere. If you enjoy connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced restaurant, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
Take accurate drink orders and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Bricktown Brewery's recipes and standards.
Recommend menu items, local beers, and specialty cocktails to enhance the guest experience.
Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
Accurately process guest payments and operate the POS system.
Complete opening, closing, and side work duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines, food safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
Work closely with servers and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
What We're Looking For:

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to preparing consistent, high-quality beverages.
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
Dependability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
Previous bartending or restaurant experience is preferred but not required. We're happy to train the right candidate.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts of up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
Manual dexterity to safely handle glassware, bar tools, and beverage equipment.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
