We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Bartender to join our team at The Hollow, the new cocktail bar located in the lobby of Hyatt House & JDV by Hyatt The Mindaro.

The Hollow is a welcoming gathering place where Guests can enjoy craft cocktails, food, conversation, and a relaxed atmosphere. As a Bartender, you’ll play an important role in creating a memorable experience from the moment our Guests arrive.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in their work, and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve quality craft cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages

• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to Guests

• Take orders and accurately process transactions through the POS system

• Prepare and serve food and light menu items

• Engage with Guests and create a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area

• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and stocking duties

• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and hotel standards

• Work collaboratively with the restaurant and hotel teams to deliver an exceptional Guest experience

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred

• A genuine passion for hospitality and Guest service

• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills

• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment

• Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated

• Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of Guests

• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality products

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Ability to obtain and maintain required alcohol service certification
