Bartender

About the Role:
Fudale Tavern Inc is looking for an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team in Rocky River, OH! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your craft behind the bar and create memorable experiences for our guests in a welcoming tavern atmosphere.



Responsibilities:

• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and restaurant guests
• Greet customers, take drink and food orders, and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area throughout each shift
• Process payments accurately using a POS system and handle cash transactions
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible serving guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Assist with bar inventory, restocking, and opening/closing duties

Requirements:

• Previous bartending or bar service experience preferred
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Must meet Ohio minimum age requirement to serve alcohol (21+)
• TIPS or ServSafe alcohol certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
