Job Summary

As a Bartender, you'll mix and serve high-quality beverages while creating an elevated guest experience in a vibrant environment. Key Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game every day and greet guests with a warm invite and sincere smile.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and guest requests.
• Stock and restock bar areas with alcohol, glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies.
• Follow all steps of service to effectively manage a full bar top, cocktail station, and dining area.
• Anticipate guests' needs to ensure their overall experience exceeds expectations.
• Understand and adhere to food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
• Safely transport food and beverages throughout the venue.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Provide direction to barbacks and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Complete alcohol awareness training successfully.
• Adhere to all rules, policies, and procedures outlined in the Associate Handbook.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including side-work and opening/closing responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age to apply.
• Prior craft cocktail experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar is required.
• Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• Must obtain required licenses and certifications as per state and/or local regulations.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication skills to safely perform job requirements.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and navigate various surfaces.
• Capability to move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Schedule
Our venues are open 7 days a week, typically from 11 AM to 1 AM, with flexible scheduling. You can expect to work between 15 and 30 hours weekly based on business needs and your availability.
