Elia is an upscale Greek restaurant in San Carlos dedicated to elevated Mediterranean cuisine, warm hospitality, and a refined guest experience. We are seeking an experienced and personable Bartender to join our team and help craft a beverage program that reflects the same care and quality found throughout our menu.

As a Bartender at Elia, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience at the bar, from classic and creative cocktails to thoughtful wine and spirit recommendations. You will work closely with our management team to maintain high standards of service, presentation, and hospitality that align with Elia's identity as a premier dining destination.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail
  
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests regarding cocktails, wine pairings, and spirits
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area in accordance with health and safety standards
  
• Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests at the bar and in the dining room
  
• Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth communication between the bar and the floor
  
• Assist with inventory tracking, ordering, and vendor coordination as needed
  
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices at all times
  
• Contribute ideas to seasonal cocktail menus and special event beverage offerings
  
• Support private dining and group events with customized beverage service when needed
  

• Minimum two years of bartending experience, preferably in an upscale or fine dining environment
  
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during high volume service
  
• Valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification, or willingness to obtain one
  
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
