Bartender

We are looking for more than someone to simply cover shifts. We would like to find the right person who can become an important part of the business over time.

You will start behind the bar, and depending on your ability, reliability, attitude, initiative, and willingness to take on responsibility, there is a real opportunity to grow into a Lead Bartender role and potentially a bar management position in the future.

We prefer someone with solid bartending experience who:

• Is dependable and consistently on time
  
• Can work confidently and independently
  
• Is responsible and trustworthy
  
• Keeps the bar clean, stocked, and organized
  
• Communicates well with management and the team
  
• Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told everything
  
• Is willing to learn and improve
  
• Wants to take on greater responsibility as they develop
  
• Is looking for a long-term position, not seasonal or temporary work
  

We can work with your availability.

You may begin with approximately 1 2 shifts per week so we can both see if it is a good fit.

For someone who performs well and is dependable, there is an opportunity for more regular shifts and increased responsibility.

Evening, late-night, and weekend availability is especially helpful.

There is no fixed timeline. Advancement depends on your performance, ability, willingness to learn, and how much responsibility you want to take on.
