Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our team in Hilton Head Island, SC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and glassware.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age of customers.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar and overall establishment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to serve alcohol in South Carolina.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
