Now Hiring: Bartender

Great Drinks. Great People. Great Hospitality.

Are you the kind of person who can make someone’s day with a perfectly crafted cocktail, a great conversation, or simply making them feel welcome? Do you love a fast-paced environment where no two shifts are exactly alike?

We’re looking for a Bartender who brings personality, energy, and a genuine passion for hospitality to our team! We believe bartending is about more than pouring drinks. It’s about creating memorable experiences, building connections with our guests, and making everyone who walks through our doors feel like they belong.

If you take pride in your craft, enjoy working with people, and know how to keep things running smoothly behind the bar, we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Make every guest feel welcome. Greet guests with a smile, engage in genuine conversation, and make every interaction count.

• Craft exceptional drinks. Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, attention to detail, and pride in your work.

• Prep for success. Complete daily bar prep, including cutting garnishes, preparing fresh juices and mixers, batching cocktails when needed, stocking supplies, and ensuring the bar is fully set up for service.

• Stay one step ahead. Anticipate guest needs, check in before drinks run low, and offer another round at just the right time.

• Keep the bar moving. Handle orders, tabs, and payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining a smooth flow of service.

• Own your space. Keep your bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for whatever the shift brings. Great bartenders don't wait to be asked to do the little things.

• Be a team player. Communicate with servers, the kitchen, and fellow bartenders to ensure guests receive seamless service.

• Bring your personality. Make recommendations, share your knowledge of the menu, and help create an atmosphere guests want to return to.

• Practice responsible service. Follow alcohol service laws, verify IDs when required, and always prioritize the safety of our guests.

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine love for hospitality.

• Previous bartending experience preferred, with a solid understanding of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a variety of guests.

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.

• A dependable, motivated individual who takes initiative and doesn't need to be reminded to stay productive.

• A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever help is needed.

• Strong cash-handling skills and a commitment to accuracy.

• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and a commitment to following safety and sanitation standards.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• The ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the role.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who understands that hospitality is an attitude, not just a job title. Experience matters, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to make people feel special go a long way.

What We Offer

• Health and dental insurance options.

• Retirement savings plan with employer matching.

• Employee discounts on meals.

• Paid time off for eligible full-time employees.

• The opportunity to work alongside a team that values great service, collaboration, and a positive work environment.

The Bottom Line

We want guests to leave remembering not just what they drank, but how they were treated. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys the energy of a busy bar, and understands that the best bartenders combine skill, personality, and genuine care for people.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to raise a glass to your next opportunity.

Come join our team and help us create experiences worth coming back for!
