Event Bartender Washington, DC | $20-$30/hr

Julia Valler Event Staffing is hiring experienced event bartenders in Washington, DC! Join our hospitality team and work at corporate events, private celebrations, galas, and upscale receptions throughout the DC area.

If you enjoy creating great guest experiences and want flexible event shifts that fit your availability, we d love to hear from you.

Pay: $20-$30 per hour

What you ll do:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages
  

• Follow event drink menus and client preferences
  

• Set up the bar, organize supplies, and prepare garnishes before service
  

• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized throughout the event
  

• Provide friendly, efficient service while following responsible alcohol service practices
  

• Coordinate with event captains, servers, and barbacks
  

• Assist with bar breakdown and cleanup after the event
  

What we re looking for:

• Previous bartending experience at events, restaurants, hotels, or catering companies
  

• Knowledge of classic cocktails and standard bartending techniques
  

• Strong communication skills and a welcoming, professional attitude
  

• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work well with a team
  

• Ability to manage a busy bar while maintaining accurate orders and attentive service
  

• Willingness to follow event-specific instructions and service standards
