Controls Account Manager - Seattle, WA - Large Mechanical & Controls CompanyPOSITION: LOCATION:RESPONSIBILITIES:- Prior experience as an HVAC Controls Technician with PM responsibilities is a plus
- OR Prior experience as a Design Engineer (3+ years)
- Overall understanding of design, installation, and testing of BAS systems
- Well versed in the HVAC/Controls/BAS Industry
- Walk job sites, assess client HVAC needs, advise, and create estimates for HVAC solutions
- Strong ability to sell HVAC solutions
- Put together submittal packages, prepare bids for clients
- Retain ongoing relationships with companies’ current clients
- Responsible for achieving sales goals
- Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of offerings
- Ability to work independently on 1–5 projects at any given time
