A leading Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a BAS Controls Construction Manager in Seattle, WA. This role will oversee BAS construction and retrofit projects across mission-critical and commercial facilities. Position Details:

• Title: BAS Controls Construction Manager
• Location: Seattle, WA
• Compensation: $110K–$160K (DOE) + ~20% Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead BAS retrofit, new construction, and integration initiatives in mission-critical facilities.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, manpower, and subcontractors to maintain project alignment.
• Ensure adherence to safety practices, local codes, and industry standards.
• Oversee BMS controls, HVAC systems, and facility modernization efforts.
• Review drawings, submittals, schematics, and related technical documentation.
• Coordinate installations with engineers, vendors, field personnel, and client teams.
• Diagnose field issues and provide effective solutions to construction-related challenges.
• Deliver projects on schedule while maintaining quality and meeting client expectations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Background managing BAS construction, retrofit, or integration projects.
• Strong technical understanding of building automation and HVAC systems.
• Ability to lead project teams and effectively coordinate subcontractors.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project-organization skills.
• Experience with mission-critical or data center facilities is preferred.
