Controls Design Engineer - Dallas, TX - Controls-Only CompanyPOSITION: - Applications Engineer/Controls Design Engineer
LOCATION:RESPONSIBILITIES:- Prior experience as Applications Engineer or similar position
- Create, design, and manage BAS systems and architecture using MS Visio or AutoCAD
- Develop Sequence of Operations for each project
- Order parts for technicians and coordinate delivery with multiple vendors
- Create of Bill of Materials
- Fundamental understanding of programming or basic troubleshooting of existing programs on Tridium
- Visit customer sites to perform job walks
- Lead and develop detailed automation data and designs and prepare them for submittals
- Ensure controls designs for the project are delivered on time and efficiently
- Help and support controls programmers and project managers
