Lead Controls Engineer (establishes standardization for the design and drafting team)
LOCATION:
2 Offices: one in Orange County and one in Los Angeles*

Participate in Job Walks
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and mentor engineering teams responsible to design, develop and release Controls projects and HVAC projects (depending upon interest/experience)
Set engineering standardization practices
Grow the existing Engineering Department*
Current staff is an HVAC Mechanical Engineer w/P.E. and a Controls Design Engineer.
Expertise in design engineering of Chiller/Central Plants and Retrofit projects
Execute deliverables within a phased-gate development system.
Help prepare mechanical drawings for construction and city permits working with AutoCAD or MS Visio
CERTIFICATION:
PLUS (Not Required) – P.E. or Professional Engineer
