Controls Specialist/Programmer - Northridge, CA - Controls-Only CompanyPOSITION: - Controls Specialist/Programmer
LOCATION:RESPONSIBILITIES:- Prior experience as a Controls Specialist/Programmer or similar position
- Program custom applications from scratch or prepackaged libraries
- Responsible for startups and commissioning on BAS Systems
- Create controls databases from scratch
- Familiar with BAS communication protocols, specifically BACnet
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve any issues within systems
- Manage programs from start to finish and ensure they cover all requirements
- Understanding of graphical programs such as Tridium front ends
- Acute knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration within controls
COMPANY INFO:- Clients include cannabis greenhouses, greenhouses, fertigation
- Mix of New Construction and Retrofit
