    • Controls Programmer

    • Branches in 3 states: Oregon, Washington, Idaho
    • Retrofit, Service, and New Construction
    • Clientele: K-12 Schools, Hospitals, and Class A Buildings.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:         
    • Main Responsibility: Controls Programming
    • Create various applications and create/review/confirm sequence of operations
    • Create BAS Databases
    • 3rd-Paty Integration Protocols: BACnet, Modbus, etc.
    • Occasionally help with Start-Up
    • Matching BAS system design with mechanical design
    • Understanding of mechanical systems
