- Retrofit, Service, and New Construction
- Clientele: K-12 Schools, Hospitals, and Class A Buildings.
POSITION: - Controls Tech / Programmer
IDEAL CANDIDATE:- Extensive BAS Controls knowledge and holistic vision of the BAS Controls industry
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide technical expertise/solutions when working with customers, subcontractors, and internal team members
- Third-Party integration (BACnet, Modbus, LON, etc.)
- DDC programming (Block-based or Script-based)
- Troubleshooting and rewriting sequences
- Point to Point Check-Out/Commissioning
- Working with some graphics
- Ability to project manage one’s own jobs
- Monitoring and Managing Multiple Projects at a Single Time
