POSITION:

Controls Account Executive

LOCATION:

Detroit, MI

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prior experience in a Controls Salesperson/Outside Sales role.
Procuring new clients and attracting new business
Experience with developing business in both construction and service operations
Engage with contractors, engineers, and end users for Project based development
Visit current customers and prospect new clients
Gather and validate project specifications, and responsibilities to ensure all the customer requirements are met
Expand sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers
Develop and execute strategies for building automation services and controls products
Experience working closely with project vendors and bidding on projects
