Responsibilities:
- Program, test, and commission BAS systems in alignment with project scope and specifications.
- Lead integration efforts to migrate legacy control systems into modern BAS platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve issues at the controller, network, and integration layers.
- Calibrate sensors, actuators, and devices for optimal system operation.
- Oversee the technical execution of BAS projects to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with installation teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Utilize building analytics tools to enhance performance and reduce energy usage.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior technicians.
- Perform advanced programming, commissioning, and integration using Tridium Niagara.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced BAS controls professional with 8+ years in programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Niagara Certified with proven hands-on experience in Niagara environments.
- Strong foundation in legacy system integration and building analytics practices.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience mentoring junior personnel.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
