Controls Technician - Memphis, TN - Impressive Controls-Only CompanyPOSITION: LOCATION:RESPONSIBILITIES:- Prior experience as a Controls Technician or similar position
- Ability to perform Project Manager responsibilities – excluding financials
- Tridium N4 certified or experienced
- Ability to manage job from inception to completion
- Well versed in point-to-point check-out and commissioning protocols
- Knowledge of communication protocol integration: BACnet, BACtalk, Modbus, etc.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot controls BAS systems
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with end users, general contractors, as well as building owners
- Familiarity working with databases
- Fundamental understanding of installation and testing of BAS systems
- Ability to program, troubleshoot, and rewrite sequences
