POSITION:

Engineering Manager

LOCATION:

Quincy, Massachusetts

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experience as an Engineering Manager or similar position
Manage and oversee the engineering department including the panel shop team
Supervise, and guide the team through goal setting, performance monitoring, employee reviews and promotions.
Ensure controls designs for the project are delivered on time and efficiently
Lead and develop detailed automation data and designs and help teams prepare them for submittals
Perform and execute take offs
Create and prepare bill of materials for each customer and project
Review and examine final submittals before sharing with customer
Work directly with the client to manage and coordinate delivery dates and expectations
Assist the engineering team with both technical and other related questions
