Job Details

You'll lead a portfolio of large data center BAS and EPMS projects from design through commissioning and turnover. You'll own budgets, cost control and forecasting, SOV and billing, change orders, procurement and subcontractor management, and you'll be the main point of contact for the GC, end user, commissioning agents and design partners.

MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience within the BAS/EPMS/HVAC Controls industry or related industry
• Knowledge of BAS, EPMS, SCADA, and automation within construction projects
• Data center or other mission-critical construction experience

NICE TO HAVE:

• hyperscale or colocation data center experience
• Hands-on technical expertise with EPMS systems
• Hands-on technical expertise with BAS systems
