BAS Integrator – Franklin, TN (Greater Nashville Area)
Join a Leading Facilities & Building Automation Services Firm – $90K–$100K + Bonus + Full Benefits
We’re looking for an experienced BAS Integrator to support the programming, integration, and commissioning
of HVAC and building automation systems across a diverse portfolio of facilities. This is a strong opportunity to join a

Strong foundation in HVAC electrical systems, troubleshooting, and controls wiring
Experience with BACnet MSTP/IP, Modbus, SCADA, and open-protocol system integration
Solid working knowledge of IT networks, routers, switches, and system interoperability
Key Responsibilities:
Review project plans and develop BAS integration and programming strategies
Program, configure, and commission a variety of building automation platforms
Coordinate with project managers, installers, and subcontractors during field execution
Perform testing, diagnostics, and verification of controls performance
Assist with conduit, wiring, and field device installation as needed
Provide clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams
Ensure compliance with safety policies and quality standards
Support subcontractors in understanding project objectives and technical requirements
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $90,000–$100,000 (DOE)
Bonus: Annual Discretionary Bonus
