    BAS Project Manager - Minneapolis, MN - Large Mechanical & Controls Company

    POSITION:                                      
    • BAS Controls - Project Manager
    LOCATION:                                    
    • Minneapolis, MN

    • Large Company that is rapidly-Growing Controls Division with $10+ Million in Backlog
    • HVAC Mechanical & Controls Company
    • Established 30+ years ago
    • Enterprise Work - “Handles Large Million-Dollar Projects”
    • Performs:          
      • New Construction
      • Retrofit
      • Service
    RESPONSIBILITIES:         
    • Execute / Handle Project Scopeof Building Automation Controls projects of various sizes from Retrofit, Service, New Construction, etc.
    • Deliver on project milestones/hitting customer goals
    • Mix of Office-Related Work and Checking on Projects
    • Responsible for project Financial Forecasting and project budgeting
    • Manage subcontractors and set up the contracts/negotiate terms
    • Prepare Change Orders and other documentation
    • Attend resource planning meeting for weekly scheduling
    • Ability to manage Associate Project Managers
    IDEAL CANDIDATE:
    • Years of experience project managing Building Automation projects
    • Ability to read specs and, Controls drawings, understand Sequences, follow S.O.P.s, be comfortable on a job-site, etc.
    • PLUS (not required) – PMP
