Position: Batcher
City: Norwalk, CA
Range of Pay: $25.00-25.50
Shift:

• 1st shift M-F 4:00am-12:30PM + OT

Type: Temp-to-Hire


Job Summary:
The Batcher is responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling product batches according to production specifications, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.


Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, mix, and prepare raw materials according to batch specifications.
• Ensure the correct quantity and quality of product is prepared for production or shipment.
• Maintain accurate records of batches and production logs.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and follow safety procedures to ensure safe operations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve efficiency.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including proper handling of materials.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in batching, mixing, or production in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred.
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures in a production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
