Job Title: BAW L2 Production Support Engineer
Location: Hopkins, MN – Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
Salary: $100K base + 10% QPLC
Contract Rate: $55/hour C2C or $50/hour W2 (maximum)
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and triage L2 production support tickets.
- Identify and fix data-related issues to ensure smooth business operations.
- Design, develop, and test enhancements and bug fixes.
- Support production deployments and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with multiple technical teams and business users.
Required Skills:- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
- Experience in L2 production support and troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle production incidents, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Java and React experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
