Happyian Therapy & Academy is seeking an ambitious, hardworking, and creative
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to take on a unique
BCBA + Clinic Director role at one of our growing clinics.
This position is ideal for a BCBA who wants to
continue providing direct clinical care while developing leadership and clinic management skills.
We are looking for someone who is motivated to grow, willing to take initiative, and excited about the opportunity to
prove themselves, build a strong clinic culture, and make a meaningful impact.
At Happyian, we believe leadership should come with support. You'll have a
manageable caseload of approximately 5–7 clients, administrative support, mentorship, and opportunities to expand your responsibilities as you gain confidence and experience.
Compensation
- $85,000–$95,000/year
- Salary review and raise opportunities at 6-month and 12-month anniversaries
- Performance-based bonus opportunities throughout the year
Position Details
- Full-time position
- Combination of BCBA clinical responsibilities + Clinic Director responsibilities
- 25–30 billable hours per week
- Manageable caseload of approximately 5–7 clients
- Additional cases available with support from a Lead Case Supervisor

Clinical Responsibilities
As a BCBA, you will:
- Conduct behavioral assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Analyze client data and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families and caregivers
- Work closely with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure services are delivered according to BCBA ethical and professional standards
- Support meaningful outcomes for children and families
Clinic Director Responsibilities
As Clinic Director, you will have the opportunity to:
- Help oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Support a positive and collaborative clinic culture
- Work with clinical and administrative team members
- Help develop programs and services within the clinic
- Support staff development and team communication
- Identify opportunities for clinic growth
- Participate in community outreach and development
- Take an active role in building the future of your clinic
You will have support from our leadership and administrative teams so that you can focus on
leading, developing, and growing the clinic without carrying an unmanageable clinical caseload.

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification or eligibility for certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership potential
- Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Ambitious, creative, hardworking, and self-motivated mindset
