Seeking a motivated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) in North Phoenix, AZ to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise clinical staff. Responsibilities include behavioral assessments, data analysis, direct ABA therapy, supervising RBTs and BCaBAs, caregiver training, and ensuring documentation compliance.
Qualifications include active BCBA certification, Arizona licensure or willingness to obtain, a master's or doctoral degree, at least 2 years of ABA experience, and strong clinical and communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
