Description
• Join our team as a Behavior Analyst in a Philadelphia-based behavioral health organization. 
This role involves working with children and youth through an intensive home and community-based model. 
The position is contract-to-perm, requiring onsite presence with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with some evening and weekend hours.

Requirements
Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License (BSL)
BCBA Supervisor eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience with ABA principles
Experience in writing treatment plans and FBAs
Valid driver's license

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience providing behavioral consultation
Experience supervising direct care staff
Experience training families
Familiarity with PA IBHS regulations preferred
