    Behavior Stars ABA is a growing provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services dedicated to helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families achieve meaningful progress. We provide individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based services throughout Connecticut in home, school, community, and clinic settings.

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join our growing clinical team. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building relationships with families, mentoring behavior technicians, and creating individualized treatment programs that make a lasting impact.

    The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, provide parent training, and collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure high-quality ABA services.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

    • Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

    • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

    • Analyze treatment data and adjust programming as needed

    • Provide parent and caregiver training

    • Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner

    • Participate in insurance authorizations and treatment plan reviews

    • Collaborate with physicians, schools, therapists, and other providers

    • Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code

    • Support a positive, collaborative clinical culture

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

    • Connecticut Behavior Analyst License (or eligibility to obtain one)

    • Fluent in both English and Spanish

    • Reliable transportation for travel within Connecticut

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

    Preferred

    • Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
    • Experience supervising RBTs
    • Familiarity with electronic data collection systems such as CentralReach, Rethink, or Catalyst
    • Experience working with insurance-funded ABA services
